Are press on nails safe for my natural nails?
They are safe and will not damage your natural nail bed if you follow proper application and removal process. Application and removal process are listed on the cards that come with all orders so please ensure you read it thoroughly and follow instructions.
How long do press on nails stay on for?
Depending on how long you're looking to wear them for, they can stay on from 1 day to 2 weeks. The way you prep for application makes a huge difference. Instructions will be shown on the nail kit that will give you application options for short or long term wear.
Are the nails reusable?
They are reusable! Carefully remove the nails after each use. Once you are ready to wear them again, gently buff the old nail glue from the press on and wipe any residue/dust with an alcohol pad. You can now reapply them per usual.
How do I figure out my nail size?
You can order one of my sizing kits to determine the best size. Many businesses use different tip brands so the size will not always be the same. It is best to find out your measurement in millimeters and order custom sets to get the perfect fit. Having a perfect fit will ensure your nails will fit properly and last longer. If you cannot order my sizing kit, you can take a piece of tape, place it on your nails, and draw a line along sidewall to sidewall. You can then take the tape and put it along a ruler and count how many millimeters each nail is.
If I don't fit your standard sizes, what do I do?
If none of our standard sizes do not fit, you can order our custom sizing. To order custom sizing, please select "Custom" and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box: Thumb Index Middle Ring Pinky - Example 16mm, 11mm, 12mm, 11mm, 8mm.
How many nails come in a set?
Each set will contain 10 nails based on the sizing you order.
What comes in the package?
Each package will include the set(s) your ordered along with our application kit. Our application kit will include a mini file, mini buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, sticky nail tabs, cuticle oil, and alcohol wipes. If you order more than one set in a single order, only one application kit will be included. You may purchase additional application kits if needed.
Can I file or cut the nails to my preference?
Yes, but I would advise waiting at least 1 hour before you start to file or shape the nails to ensure the glue completely adheres to your natural nail.
What is the best and safest way to remove the nails?
Soak your nails in a bowl of warm water, dish soap, and olive oil for 15 minutes. Use the cuticle pusher to slowly remove the nails. You may need to use the cuticle pusher to remove the nail slowly and soak again if needed until they are completely removed.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Once handed over to the carrier, we no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

All products are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please measure your nails and double check all purchases before checking out. If you are unsure about your nail measurements or have additional questions regarding our policy, please reach out to us at starrypressy@gmail.com. If there is an issue with the quality, please e-mail me within 7 days of receiving your order.

All orders may take up to 14 business days for processing time before shipping. All orders are handmade by me so processing time can vary depending on the amount of orders I have.
